Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed with our fulfillment partner.

Delivery Time

AUTORA works with international fulfillment partners. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 10-20 business days from the date your order ships, depending on the product and your location. Some items may arrive faster; we'll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we'll let you know if we expect a longer delay for any reason.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders over $40. Orders under $40 include a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped internationally from our fulfillment centers, any customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, high demand) can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at autorahelp@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
